How To Apply

1. Create an Account: Register on the Du Digital Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) website.

   Click here to register.

2. Fill Out the Government Application Form:

3. Book an Appointment: Schedule your visit to Du Digital ICAC by choosing a suitable date and time.

   Click here to book your appointment.

4. Prepare Your Documents: Carry your passport, photographs, and all supporting documents as listed in the Documents Checklist section.
5. Visit Du Digital ICAC: Visit the designated ICAC (as per your jurisdiction). The address and location will be mentioned in your appointment letter. Ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
6. Submit Your Application & Pay Fees: Submit your documents and pay the applicable fees at ICAC. Refer to the Fee Details section for exact charges.
7. Enroll for Biometrics (if required): Complete biometric enrollment if applicable.
8. Application Submission Complete: You’ve successfully submitted your visa application.
9. Track Your Application: Monitor your application’s status online.

Document Checklist for Thai Nationals

1. Duly filled Application form 
2. Photo 2 inch x 2 inch with white background – 2 photos
3. Copy of passport first page – 2 copies + Original passport
4. Copy of last Indian visa – 1 copy.
5. Copy of Thai ID card – 1 copy
6. In the case of monks or nuns, a copy of the certificate/certificate of all the pages must be provided, and the original must be shown every time you apply.

For children under 18 years

1. Letter allowing child to travel to India with parental consent and parent’s signature
2. Copy of birth certificate
3. Copy of father’s and mother’s passport or ID card
4. At the time of submission, either father or mother must be present
   
   • For children under 12 years – biometric not required
   • For children 12 years and above – biometric is required

1. Original passport must have at least two blank pages with validity
2. Marriage Certificate

Document Checklist for Non-Thai Nationals

1. Duly filled Application form
2. Photo 2 inch x 2 inch with white background – 2 photos
3. Copy of passport first page – 2 copies + Original passport
4. Copy of Thai visa – 1 copy
5. Copy of work permit / Tangdao / resident certificate / marriage certificate – 1 set
6. Copy of last Indian visa (if available)
7. Applicants holding a Thai visa on arrival or a tourist visa are not eligible to apply for a regular visa.

For children under 18 years:

1. Letter allowing child to travel to India with both parents’ consent and signatures
2. Marriage certificate
3. Copy of birth certificate
4. Copy of father’s and mother’s passport or ID card
5. At the time of submission, either father or mother must be present:
   
   • For children under 12 years – biometric not required
   • For children 12 years and above – biometric is required
   • Original passport must have at least two blank pages with validity

1. Applicants holding a student visa in Thailand for less than 3 years are not eligible to apply. Those with a student visa valid for more than 3 years must submit a letter from their institute in English along with a copy of their student ID.
2. Applicants from Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan must submit a 3–6 month bank statement
3. Bangladesh form for Bangladesh passport / Sri Lanka form for Sri Lankan passport / Sponsorship Certificate for Pakistani passport
4. For Pakistan passport – All documents must be submitted with five extra copies
